Role Overview:
As a SaaS Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and expanding our client base in the US and UK. You will leverage your expertise in SaaS sales to build relationships, close deals, and drive revenue growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing high-value accounts and navigating complex sales cycles.
What You’ll Do:
- Have complete product knowledge and conduct highly interactive and solution-driven product demos for prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the US and UK markets to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Consult and strategize on marketing automation for prospective clients and convince them of the product’s capabilities.
- Solutionize for clients using existing features in the tool.
- Help and assist clients in the integration and implementation phase.
- Provide product updates and technical advice to clients.
- Work with the Sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Analyse and leverage a deep understanding of the competition both positioning strategy and technology to create a competitive advantage for the company.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of the SaaS industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
What you’ll need:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in the US and UK markets.
- Client Management: Demonstrated experience managing relationships with clients in the US and UK, with a deep understanding of their business needs and market dynamics.
- Sales Skills: Strong expertise in SaaS sales strategies, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in interacting with top-level management like CXO.
- Thrive on and have a track record of getting things done, within a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
