Position Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager responsible for establishing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives lead generation, brand visibility, and customer acquisition in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS marketing with hands-on experience in inbound, outbound and paid marketing strategies.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive strategic growth marketing decisions.
- Content Creation: Produce content (emails, blogs, landing pages, social posts, videos) to establish thought leadership and foster audience engagement.
- Outbound Campaign Management: Implement outbound lead generation campaigns using marketing automation, CRM systems, and data-driven prospecting techniques.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage potential leads. Optimize LinkedIn Ads to drive visibility and lead generation.
- Campaign Optimization: Use data and analytics to continually improve campaign performance and ROI. Effectively use GA4, Looker Studio and other key performance metrics to drive decision making.
- SEO & SEM: Identify and optimize inbound strategy to drive organic traffic, enhance search rankings and conversions from paid search.
- Paid Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with product, sales, developer, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of SaaS marketing experience, preferably in growth and performance marketing with a focus on international markets.
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM systems, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
