Role Overview:

The Senior Content Writer will play a pivotal role in executing LateShipment.com’s content strategy. Your main objectives will be to elevate our SEO performance and produce compelling, conversion-focused content across various channels, including blogs, guides, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver content that aligns with our brand voice and generates inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an SEO-driven content strategy aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and driving lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging and conversion-oriented content for blogs, guides, emails, landing pages, and social channels to captivate target audiences and support inbound marketing objectives.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize for search engine visibility.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design content for email sequences, promotional materials, and digital campaigns that align with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Content Management: Regularly update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track content performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies for improved results.
  • Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay current with the latest content marketing and SEO trends to keep our content innovative and competitive.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive content creation across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, with an emphasis on SEO and inbound marketing.
  • Versatile writing skills with experience producing various content formats, including blogs, guides, emails, landing pages, and social media. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail are a must have.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and content and conversion optimization strategies for inbound marketing.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or logistics.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical skills to measure content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
